Bring your St. Peters home to life after dark.
Saint Peters is one of the fastest-growing and most family-friendly cities in our service area. Located in Saint Charles County, just west of Saint Charles itself, the city has grown from a small rural community into one of the largest municipalities in the county — driven by strong schools, accessible home prices, and the kind of established suburban character that families look for. It’s not unusual for Saint Peters neighborhoods to have multiple generations of one family within a few blocks of each other.Â
What makes Saint Peters a great landscape-lighting market is the housing stock. Most homes are from the 1980s through the present — traditional brick and siding suburban styles, 2-story Colonials, ranches, and a healthy mix of newer construction in subdivisions that continue to develop across the city. Median home values are accessible compared to inner-ring St. Louis County, which means many Saint Peters homeowners have more discretionary budget for property improvements. The city is known for tidy, well-maintained subdivisions where landscape lighting really makes a property stand out.Â
Saint Peters is also one of the best candidates in our service area for the subdivision discount — 10% off when 5 or more homes in the same neighborhood book installations together. Many of the city’s established subdivisions are exactly the kind of tight-knit communities where coordinated landscape lighting across multiple homes creates a real impact on neighborhood appeal. Talk to your neighbors; small ask, real savings.Â
Whether you’re in an established subdivision, newer construction further from the city center, near 370 Park, or anywhere across Saint Peters’ family-friendly residential streets, we’d love to walk your property and design something custom.
Here’s what we design and install across the area:
St. Peters' family-oriented neighborhoods around Mid Rivers and 370 Lakeside Park are dominated by newer two-story builds on tidy suburban lots. Permanent roofline lighting has unusually strong demand here — the architecture is built for it.
Large two-story facades on newer builds provide strong vertical canvas for facade washing and accent designs.
Family-heavy demographics and large rooflines drive consistently high holiday installation demand.
St. Peters is one of the strongest permanent roofline lighting markets in the metro because of the consistency of its newer housing stock — predictable rooflines, modern electrical infrastructure, and homeowners who value the year-round flexibility. Projects tend to start with permanent roofline and expand into accent and pathway work over time. Steady, year- round demand pattern.
Saint Peters is genuinely family-oriented — strong schools, generous parks, walkable streets, and the kind of tight-knit community feel where good lighting on one home enhances the whole block. Our designs respect that character — welcoming, well-placed, and warm without being ostentatious.
Saint Peters subdivisions are some of the best candidates in our service area for the 10% subdivision discount. When 5 or more homes coordinate, we can install lighting across the whole group in a single trip — saving everyone money and creating a coordinated look that elevates the entire block.
Saint Peters is an accessible market and our approach matches that. Phased designs spread costs across multiple years, starting with the highest-impact zones (home façade, primary landscape, entry pathway) and adding zones as your budget allows.
Many Saint Peters subdivisions are still actively developing, with newer homes completed in the last 5-10 years. We can coordinate with builders to run wiring before final landscaping is in place, or design lighting for recently-completed homes that didn't include landscape lighting from day one.
Why St. Peters homeowners — and their subdivisions — hire us
St. Peters subdivisions are some of the best candidates in our service area for the 10% group discount. Coordinate with 5 or more neighbors and every participating home gets 10% off. Real savings for everyone involved, plus a coordinated look across the block.
St. Peters is genuinely family-oriented — strong schools, generous parks, walkable streets. Our designs respect that — welcoming, well-placed, warm without being ostentatious.
Most St. Peters homes are traditional brick and siding suburban styles from the 1980s onward. We use warm color temperatures, symmetrical placements that flatter Colonial and traditional architecture, and well-placed accent lighting that doesn't overwhelm.

St. Peters is a sensible market. We phase larger projects across multiple years, starting with the home façade and primary landscape, then adding zones as your budget allows.

The work was fairly priced and the materials and workmanship were excellent. We actually rehired them again for even more lighting features.Posted on Google Bradley FisherTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Landscape Lighting Guys to help with my home lighting system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I first met Matt while he was preparing a proposal for a large lighting project in our subdivision’s common areas. He took the time to meet with us multiple times, answer questions, and walk through the details of the project. During those meetings, I also had him take a look at my home’s landscape lighting system. Over the years, I had several different companies work on my lighting, and after some recent landscaping work, some wires were cut and pulled out, and fixtures were pulled out of their proper location. My system needed to be reset and repaired. Matt provided a beyond fair and detailed proposal, and his crew got right to work. What impressed me most was that they weren’t interested in taking shortcuts. Tyler and George explained that they could simply reconnect some of the old wiring, but they weren’t comfortable doing that because they couldn’t guarantee the long-term results. Instead, they took the time to trace the system, replace wiring where needed, and correct several issues left behind from previous installations. It was obvious they cared about doing the job correctly rather than just getting it done. The end result is actually better than what I had before. A few simple adjustments to fixture placement and aiming made a huge difference in how the house and landscaping are illuminated at night. The attention to detail was outstanding. Tyler and George were also incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves, polished the fixtures, answered questions, and treated my property like it was their own. That level of service is hard to find these days. I’m also excited that Matt offers maintenance and service plans. One of the biggest challenges with landscape lighting is finding someone who understands your system and can maintain it properly over time. It’s reassuring to know I now have a trusted company that can keep everything looking great for years to come. If you’re looking for a company that values quality, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships, I highly recommend Matt, Tyler, George, and the entire team at Landscape Lighting Guys.Posted on Google Jeff BerzonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We met Matt many years ago when his business was young. His professionalism and dedications were matched by his crew. Years later we used his Company again, after we moved. We were just as impressed. Their suggestions, especially the Bistro Lights over the patio, were spot on. Another great job, And another round of compliments from our neighbors!Posted on Google Sue AckleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I did quite a bit of talking with several lighting companies in the beginning. Some didn’t show up for an appointment, one didn’t call back when I asked to make some changes to the bid, so I looked for someone who was honest, had integrity, and listened to what I wanted, but had great ideas as well. The Lighten guys fit the bill perfectly. My house lighten was done in the winter, but I knew I would like to add to it as soon as my garden was in full bloom. Matt came out today and again I was so pleased with his ideas! It’s going to be perfect! Thanks bunches Matt! They performed high quality work that they stand behind. I highly recommend them!Posted on Google Julie BuckTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt and his team originally designed and installed our landscape lights in 2021. We were thrilled with his expertise on placement of the lights. The end result turned out great. We still get compliments on our lighting. My favorite part is the yearly check and fix of any issues. His team cleans, checks and repairs lights, wires or any other issue each year. Hassle free for us. Highly recommend this company.Posted on Google Ben LloydTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Huge shout out for the entire team at LLG. I can't recommend them enough. The estimating was simple and clear, pricing was fair and competitive.. and I was blown away with the finished product! Whenever my wife comes home with the kids after baseball practice, she always makes the comment how safe she feels and how lit up our house looks! LLG completely changed the dynamic of my home. THANK YOU!!Posted on Google David KannapelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Matt and the team couldn't have been better to work with. They were able to get us quoted, installed, and supported very quickly and professionally. In addition to the hardware and lights looking great, the professionalism has been above and beyond. Would highly recommend!Posted on Google Timothy RohlmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our lights were installed at least 10 years ago and worked fine except we had some trees removed and some were damaged. Those 3 were replaced and all the others (32) were serviced, cleaned and new bulbs. Excellent work thank you.Posted on Google Coco BloomfieldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Prompt, excellent service! So nice to deal with.
