At Landscape Lighting Guys, we offer a variety of landscape lighting maintenance packages. During our process we will pair your landscape lighting installation with a maintenance plan that best suits your needs. Our plans are designed to ensure your system is functioning at 100% and at an affordable budget. We offer quarterly, semi-annually or annually maintenance plans. Have any questions? Our landscape lighting maintenance checklist includes:
01. Check all lighting fixtures, wires and transformer(s) to ensure proper functionality and secure power connection.
02. Inspect wires on non-functioning, dim or flickering lights and assess any safety issues within the entire system.
03. Replace any bulbs where they are needed. Recommended LED upgrade packages can be considered during this stage of landscape lighting maintenance.
04. Check timer to ensure proper time and adjust run time if needed. Includes updates for day light savings and other necessary adjustments.
05. Straighten any shifted fixtures and ensure they will stay straight for an extended period of time and display light in proper areas.
06. Clean any and all residue off fixture lenses for proper brightness and longevity of the lens and bulbs. Check for moisture in the fixture as well.
07. Wipe down fixtures with a cloth and cleaning solution to extend product lifetime by preventing acceleration of metal breakdown.
