Kirkwood is home turf for us. Our offices are at 562 High Avenue in Sunset Hills, about five minutes from downtown Kirkwood, so this is one of the first cities Matt and the team ever served. Kirkwood became the first planned suburb west of the Mississippi River when it was incorporated in 1853, and that long history left it with one of the deepest housing stocks in the region.
